Ingredients

  • 4 (4-oz.) boneless skinless turkey breast cutlets
  • Water/oil mixture
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 cup canned diced green chilies
  • 1/4 cup shredded low fat Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat indoor or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. Spray one side of turkey cutlets with water/oil mixture and sprinkle with half of the chili powder; turn cutlets and repeat. Grill turkey for 4 to 5 minutes; turn and spread each cutlet with 1 tablespoon of green chilies and 1 tablespoon of cheese; grill for 4 to 5 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink in the center.

SERVING SUGGESTION: Corn on the cob and a big salad tossed with Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette (see recipe).
