Ingredients
- 1 Single Pie Crust
- 3 Cup Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 6 Tbsp Cocoa
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Cups Milk, scalded
- 3 Egg Yolks
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Sweetened Whipped Cream

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, and salt in saucepan. Slowly add milk.
Over medium heat, bring mixture to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
Stir a small amount of cream mixture into egg yolks and then add egg yolks and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
Add vanilla and butter. Cover with plastic wrap touching surface of chocolate.
Spoon into pie shell and top with whipped cream.
