coffee crust for grilled meat

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup ground coffee
• 1/2 cup sugar or brown sugar
• 1/2 cup season salt

Preparation

Step 1

mix the ingredients together put in sealed container. Let your meat come to room temperatur, tenderize and pat dry with paper towel. coat both sides of the meat with the coffee rub and spray with a little canola oil. Grill the meat refreshing the crust when the meat is turned. Remove from grill, let meat rest and serve.
