Ingredients

  • 8 cups old fashion oats
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup honey crunch wheat germ
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup low fat condensed milk
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 2/3 cup canola oil

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl or baking dish. Combine the honey and canola oil and microwave for 20 seconds.then add the honey and oil to the other ingredients and mix well. Spread on either 2 jelly roll pans or 2 large flat baking dishes. Cook in oven for 20 minutes and stir. Cook additional 20 minutes or until golden. Cool. Store in a large glass container.
