Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless leg of lamb, cut into 1-1/4-inch chunks
- 2 small zucchini, cut into 3/4-inch-thick slices
- 1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 1 small red onion, cut into 1/2-inch-thick wedges
- 1/4 cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Preparation
Step 1
HEAT grill to medium-high heat.
THREAD meat and vegetables alternately onto 4 skewers.
MIX remaining ingredients; brush onto kabobs.
GRILL 12 to 14 min. or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning after 7 minutes.
