1/4 c butter
1 c buttermilk baking mix
1/4 c water
Salt

Step 1

Heat oven to 425 degrees. In oven, melt butter in 9x9x2" baking pan. Stir baking mix and water with for to a soft dough. Turn onto floured board; smooth dough into a ball and knead five times. Rollinto 6x4" rectangle. Cut into eight 4x1/4" strips. Dip each strip into melted butter, coating all sides, and arrange in pan. Sprinkle with salt lightly on strips. Bake until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 8 strips.
