Boston Market's Sweet Potato Casserole

I use to never eat Sweet Potato's but I made them for last Thanksgiving and it was AMAZING, everyone loved them.
It's like eating candy.

Ingredients
- Crunch Topping:
- 3 large sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tblsp. cinnamon
- You can also add Marshmallow's. I usually wait until the last 10 to 15 minutes before I add the Marshmallow's, because I just want them to brown and melt a little.
- Be sure to lightly brush melted butter on the marshmallow's before you continue to bake them

Step 1
Boil potatoes until tender.
Take skin off when cooled and able to handle.
Put in a large bowl and whip them until fluffy.
Add all other ingredients.
Pour into a greased casserole and top with the crunch topping.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
