  • 1/2 c oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1-1/2 c flour
  • 1-1/2 cornmeal
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • salt
  • 1 c milk

Step 1

Blend sugar, oil and eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Place in greased 9" square pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 mins.
