Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups 2% milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 4 large eggs

Preparation
Step 1
Place milk, water, butter and eggs in a blender. Process until combined.
Add flour and salt, process until smooth.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Use scant 1/4 cup batter in a a 10" crepe pan. Tilt - cook about 1 minute. Turn and cook 30 seconds.
Put each one between paper towel.
