Ingredients
- 1 pkg (16 oz) medium ziti
- 1 bag baby spinach leaves
- 1 jar (1 lb 9 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozz cheese
- 3/4 cup grated parm cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Step 1
Prepare the pasta according to the pkg directions. Add the spinach during the last minute of cooking time. Drain the pasta and spinach well in a colander. Return them to the saucepot. Stir the Italian sauce, ricotta, 1/2 cup of the parm cheese, garlic powder and pepper into the saucepot. Spoon the pasta mixture into a 13x9x2 in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with the remaining mozz and parm cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 min or until hot and bubbly.
