- Rollatini:
- Pork
- Bread crumb
- Provolone
- Roasted red peppers
- Butter
- Sauce:
- Butter
- Garlic
- Little oil
- Demi glace
- Sherry wine
- Cup chicken broth

Preparation
Step 1
Rollatini:
Take cutlet and pound down, then bread both sides (just breading to raw meat). Then add one slice of provolone and some roasted red peppers, a little piece of butter inside & roll, put another piece of butter on top and then bank on 375 degrees for 45 mins.
Sauce:
Sautee garlic in butter & a little oil. Add demi glace & wine let simmer, then add broth.
