Ingredients
- 8 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup onions
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup dry vermouth
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
- 1 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup creamed cottage cheese-remove lumps by hand blender
- 1 1/2 beaten egg
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 + heaping fresh chopped basil
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 lb bay scallops
- 2 cans cream of mushroon soup
- 1/2 lb fresh crab or 15 oz can
- 1 1/4 lb cooked shrimp
- 1/4 cup parmesan

Preparation
Step 1
Cook lasagna noodles and set aside.
Saute onion and mushrooms in 2 tbsp butter.
Mix together cream cheese, cottage cheese, egg, 1/4 cup parmesan, basil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Add to onion mixture.
In another bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, vermouth crab, cooked shrimp and bay scallops.
Layer noodles, then seafood, then cheese mixture. Repeat.
Top with parmesan cheese,
Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes. Let sit for five.
