Ingredients
- 2 pounds country-style pork ribs
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup sweet and sour sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In medium-sized bowl, combine all the ingredients, except the ribs; mix well.
Baste ribs with sauce and grill them for 10 minutes. Turn ribs, baste again, and grill for another 10 minutes, or until completely cooked through.
Notes:
Country-style ribs are meatier than spareribs, but you still might want to make double batch because they disappear so fast!
