Ingredients

  • One slice Flatout bread**** (See below)
  • 1/2 cup 93% fat free hamburger meat
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel seed
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper, chopped fine.
  • 1/2 cup low fat mozzarella cheese
  • 1 T. parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare one slice Flatout bread**** by spraying
with Pam very lightly. Bake in 350 degree oven for
7 min. Brown 1/2 cup 93% fat free hamburger meat.
Add 1/4 teaspoon each.... Italian seasoning and
fennel seed and 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder. Spread
1/4 cup pizza sauce on Flatout bread.

After 7 minutes........ add hamburger meat, 1/4
cup chopped onion and 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper,
chopped fine... 1/2 cup low fat mozzarella cheese
and 1 T. parmesan cheese. Lightly sprinkle with
red pepper.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 15 - 17 minutes

****Flatout Carbdown Bread is a tortilla type
bread that can be found at Walmart. If not
available, you could probably use a tortilla or
some other type flat bread to make this recipe.
