TOSS RAW SHRIMP WITH BUTTERMILK AND THEN SEASONED FLOUR, TOSSING SHRIMP UNTIL WELL COATED. DEEP FRY AT 350 DEGREES FOR 2-3 MINUTES.

TOSS SHRIMP WITH SAUCE AND GARNISH WITH CHOPPED GREEN ONION.
