- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- MIX ALL

- 5 ounces baby shrimp
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- Seasoned Flour

- BANG BANG SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- a few drops of Hot Chili Sauce
- MIX TOGETHER

Preparation
Step 1
TOSS RAW SHRIMP WITH BUTTERMILK AND THEN SEASONED FLOUR, TOSSING SHRIMP UNTIL WELL COATED. DEEP FRY AT 350 DEGREES FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
TOSS SHRIMP WITH SAUCE AND GARNISH WITH CHOPPED GREEN ONION.
