Ingredients
- 1 pkg active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c warm water (110 to 115 degrees)
- 3 1/4 c all-purpose flours
- 1 pkg Jiffy cake mix (yellow or white)
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Beat in flour, dry cake mix and salt; do not knead. Place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise in a warm place until double in size, about 1 hour. Punch dough down; divide in half. Roll each portion into a circle. cut into wedges. Roll up, beginning with the wide end to form crescent, shape rolls. Place on a greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise until double. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
