  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 1/4 cups Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 1/2 Tablespoon dry mustard
  • 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoon hot sauce (like Tabasco or Cholula)
  • 2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon coarse freshly-ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup water
