Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb. large shrimp, cleaned & deveined
- 1/2 cup white wine or sherry
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (not garlic salt)
- 1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs (I like RITZ cracker crumbs)

Step 1
Melt butter in shallow casserole dish. Spread shrimp in butter.
Dribble wine over shrimp. Sprinkle with garlic and bread crumbs.
Bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until shrimp are pink and bread crumbs are golden. Serve alone or over rice. Serves 2-4.
