Ingredients
- 3 # Boneless, rolled pork loin roast
- 16 oz. can cranberry sauce
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c cranberry juice
- 1 t dry mustard
- 1/4 t ground cloves
- 2 T cornstarch
- 2 T cold water
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Place pork roast in crock-pot. In medium bowl, mash cranberry sauce, stir in sugar, cranberry juice, mustard and cloves. Pour over roast. Cover and cook 6-8 hours until tender. Remove meat and keep warm. Skim fat from liquid. Measure 2 cups. Add water if necessary and pour in sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Combine cornstarch and water to make paste. Stir into sauce until thickened. Season with salt. Serve over roast or on side.
