Ingredients
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Molly McButter cheese-flavored sprinkles
- 2 medium-sized jalapenos, stemmed, seeded and chopped
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder

Step 1
In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese until smooth. Add cheese-flavored sprinkles and continue blending until well combined. Stir in jalapenos, onion and spices. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
