Ingredients
- 2 quarts milk
- 1 cup rice- uncooked
- 3/4 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 small heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg

Preparation
Step 1
Put milk, butter, sugar and rice in pot. Stir and cook about an hour or until rice is soft and most of the liquid is absorbed.
Beat egg and vanilla and stir quickly into rice.
Remove from heat and cool.
When rice is cool, take heavy cream and beat until fluffy, fold into rice.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top if desired.
Chill before serving.
