Pistachio Pie

Ingredients
- Crust
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
- Mix ingredients and press into 9x13 pan. Bake @350--15 min. Let cool completely.
- 1 st layer
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 of 8 oz. Cool Whip (or other whipped topping). This can be frozen still.
- Beat well and spread over cooled crust. Let set 10 min.
- 2 nd layer
- 2 boxes of pistachio instant pudding
- 3 c. milk (whole or 2%)
- Beat until thick and spread over cream cheese layer.

Last layer
Top with remaining Cool Whip (this needs to be soft enough to spread easily) and sprinkle with some chopped nuts. Keep covered in fridge until serving time. Will hold up well for a day or two and then starts to break down.
