Joan's Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 box rotini
  • 1 bunch, plus green onion chopped
  • 6 carrots cut fairly thin, in bite-sized pieces
  • 3/4 4 oz. jar pimento
  • 1 can black olives, drained
  • 1 frozen 10 oz. box English peas, thawed, not cooked
  • yellow pepper diced
  • 4 celery diced
  • parsley
  • 1 carton grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • Good seasonings Italian dressing

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta. Chop vegetables. Mix Italian dressing in carafe.
Combine and refrigerate.
