Apple Dapple Cake

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 cup of oil
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 cup flour
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 3 cups finely chopped or grated apples
• 1 cup walnuts
• Icing (optional):
• 1/4 lb. butter
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Cake:
Combine ingredients as listed. Mix well. Spread in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour

Icing:
Combine all, bring to boil, cook 2 ½ minutes, spread over cake
