Ingredients

  • 16 oz bacon (diced)
  • 2-3 lbs chicken breasts
  • 12 oz boudain (skinned)
  • 3/4 cup Fat-Free Italian Dressing

Step 1

Heat large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook bacon until crispy. Remove to paper towel. Pan fry chicken breasts 4-5 minutes on each side. In large mixing bowl, mix boudain and salad dressing. Stir in bacon and broccoli. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

Slice or dice chicken. Pour into dish. Spread boudain mixture over chicken. Bake for 30 minutes.
