Ingredients
- 1 pound uncooked cheese tortellini (see Note)
- 1 pound imitation crabmeat, flaked
- 1 medium-sized red bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream

Preparation
Step 1
Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain, rinse, and drain again. Set aside and allow to cool in colander.
In large bowl, combine cooled tortellini and remaining ingredients except cream. Mix until thoroughly combined, then stir in cream. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes:
You can use fresh, frozen, or dried tortellini - or even use meat-filled tortellini for added flavor.
