Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage, coarsely chopped
- 1 medium-sized onion, chopped
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 1/4
- teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (2-ounce) jar chopped pimientos, drained

Preparation
Step 1
In a large pot, bring cabbage, onion, water, salt, and pepper to a boil over medium-high heat. Cover and allow to boil for 10 minutes.
Drain off water and add soup and pimientos; mix well.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 to 20 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
