Ingredients
- 6 * 6 large sea scallops
- 4 * 4 ounces Prosciutto, thinly sliced
- * ½ teaspoon sea salt
- * ½ teaspoon orange peel
- * ½ teaspoon ginger
- * ½ teaspoon pepper
- * ½ teaspoon sugar
- * ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- * ½ teaspoon cardamom
- * ½ teaspoon cilantro

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine all seasonings to a small mixing bowl
3. Add scallops to coat with seasonings
4. Wrap each scallop with a slice of Prosciutto and secure with a toothpick
5. Bake 10-12 minutes
6. Serve over your favorite salsa.
