  • 6 * 6 large sea scallops
  • 4 * 4 ounces Prosciutto, thinly sliced
  • * ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • * ½ teaspoon orange peel
  • * ½ teaspoon ginger
  • * ½ teaspoon pepper
  • * ½ teaspoon sugar
  • * ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • * ½ teaspoon cardamom
  • * ½ teaspoon cilantro

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine all seasonings to a small mixing bowl
3. Add scallops to coat with seasonings
4. Wrap each scallop with a slice of Prosciutto and secure with a toothpick
