- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 4 (4- to 6-oz.) turkey breast cutlets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Black pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat indoor or outdoor grill to medium-high heat. In a small saucepan, heat vinegar and sugar over medium heat until mixture boils and sugar dissolves. Add raspberry preserves and lime peel and bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Sprinkle turkey cutlets with pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Grill until juices run clear, about 6 minutes per side. Transfer to a serving platter and brush with the raspberry-lime glaze.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed green beans and baked sweet potatoes (nuke in microwave to keep your kitchen cool).
