  • 12 eggs
  • 2 cups grated Parmesan Ramano Cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound thin Spaghetti well cooked

Preparation

Step 1

Cook Spaghetti until soft(well done)
While pasta is cooking combine eggs,pepper, and salt
in blender. Beat until well mixed and eggs fluffy.Add grated cheese, mix well do not beat. Well grease a 9 x 13 pan with margarine. Place some meat sauce on the bottom. Drain Spaghetti with cold water.Put spaghetti in large bowl and pour in egg mixture. Mix with clean hands. Put in pan an flatten evenly. Bake 1 hour at 350 until edges are golden.
