- Non-aerosol cooking spray
- 1 (3-lb.) boneless skinless turkey breast
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon cold water

Preparation
Step 1
Coat a slow cooker with cooking spray; place turkey in slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine salsa, honey and chilies; pour over turkey. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours. Remove turkey from slow cooker and slice; place on a platter and cover to keep warm. Pour slow cooker juices into a microwavable measuring cup or bowl. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and cold water until smooth; stir into juices in cup and microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring at 1-minute intervals until mixture boils and thickens. Serve with turkey.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed green beans and corn on the cob.
GLUTEN FREE: Make sure salsa and chiles are gluten free. Use arrowroot starch instead of cornstarch.
