Ingredients
- 1 can (6 1/2 oz.) tuna, drained
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg. (8oz.) refrigerated tender
- flaky biscuits
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Preparation
Step 1
Combine tuna, flaked with cheese, celery, parsley and sour cream.
Roll each biscuit ( there should be 12) into a 4" oval.
Place 1/3 cup tuna mixture on each of 6 biscuits.
Top with remaining biscuits; seal edges with fork.
Brush tops with melted butter.
Let stand for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake pasties in a cookie sheet for 15 - 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 6 servings.
