Ingredients
- 1 Can (16 Count) Biscuits
- 12 Eggs, beaten
- Butter
- Breakfast Meat of Your Choice, cooked
- 6 Tbsp Butter or Meat Fat (i.e. bacon)
- ½ Cup Flour
- 4 Cups Milk
- Salt
- Pepper

Step 1
In deep skillet over medium heat melt butter add flour and stir to coat. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly until thickened. Season with salt and pepper to your taste. Remove from heat.
Scramble eggs in butter just until set. Remove from heat. (Note: Do not overcook. Eggs will finish setting in the baking process.)
In greased 9 x 13 pan layer gravy, meat, and eggs. Cut biscuits into quarters and place point side up on top of gravy.
Bake at 3500 until biscuits are browned.
