Ingredients
- 6 oz spaghetti
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella
- 1 lb hot sausage
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 2 oz small pepperoni or quartered big pepperoni
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can tomato paste
- 1 tsp dried oregano, crushed
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water and drain. Stir butter into hot spaghetti until melted. Stir eggs and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. In greased 10" pie plate, form spaghetti mixture into a crust. Sprinkle mozzarella over the crust.
In a large skillet, cook sausage, mushrooms, pepperoni, onion, and garlic until sausage is cooked and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, and oregano. Heat through. Turn meat mixture into crust.
Cover edges with foil. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan. Bake 5 additional minutes or until cheese is melted.
