Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 tea. salt
- 1 cup chopped fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish
- 1 tea. Dijon mustard

Preparation
Step 1
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions and saute for 5 minutes, or until golden. Sprinkle with the salt and stir.
Add the cranberries, sugar and water. Stir to combine. Cook for 15 minutes or until thickened. Remove from the heat. Stir in the horseradish and mustard until blended.
Serve at room temperature or chilled.
Store in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 1 week.
