Cappuccino Chocolate Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients
- 24 Oreo Cookies, finely crushed (about 2 cups)
- 3 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp Maxwell House Instant Coffee Original Roast
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 4 pkg (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 2 squares Baker's Premium 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate, melted, cooled

Step 1
HEAT oven to 325 degrees.
LINE 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of prepared pan.
ADD coffee and cinnamon to boiling water; stir until coffee granules are dissolved. Cool slightly. Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add coffee and sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each just until blended.
REMOVE 1 cup batter; pour remaining batter over crust. Stir chocolate into reserved batter. Drop by tablespoonfuls over batter in pan; swirl gently with knife.
BAKE 40 min or until center is almost set. Cool and refrigerate 4 hours.

This was an easy and delicious recipe. I used beaters to mix chocolate and a wire whisk to mix the regular. The beaters worked much better at mixing it. I would recommend using beaters over using a wire whisk

One less block of chocolate. But Will says why mess with perfection! To make the swirls I put 3 tablespoons of white mix before the chocolate layer, than the chocolate layer, following with the rest of the white cheesecake topping. Cut with butter knife and it turned out looking great. This is an easy cheesecake we both enjoyed. Thank You!
Our group of friends loved it and my husband said it was the best cheesecake he has ever had! My swirls didn't turn out too well either, but it is yummy!
This was a very easy to make cheescake. I didn't have the nice swirls as shown in the picture, it more so just looked like a layed cheescake, but it was pretty good. I think that next time I make this I will decrease the amount of chocolate, I am usually a chocolate lover but this was a little too much for me! Very good though!

This was very good . I added 1/2 cup peanut butter instead of vanilla and made a choc. peanut butter cheesecake out of it, instead. Yummy.
The cheesecake isn't as easy to get to swirl as you would think. The two layers are so thick that it has a slight swirl on top and i just looks like a light color chocolate inside. But it still tastes very good and I would make it again.
This turned out great! I received many compliments and would definitely make it again. 450 calories does seem like a lot, but it is filling so it makes it worth is. Also, I used Light Cream Cheese instead of just the regular stuff and that makes it a lot less fatty without changing the taste. Yum!
It was very good, but I had trouble making the swirl effect. I did it the way the directions said. Is there a certain technique for this that I could do differently? Still tasted good even without the proper look.
It is a very good cheesecake although it smelled weird while baking, but that is probably because I had a cold at the time.
