  • 1 pkg frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 T water
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1)Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with foil;set aside. Unfold unthawed puff pastry onto a cutting board.]]

2) In a small bowl, lightly beat egg ad the water with a fork. Using a pastry brush, lightly brush half the egg mixture over puff pastry. Sprinkle with 1/4 cu Parmesan cheese; gently pat down so the cheese sticks to pastry. Carefully turn over pastry and repeat with remaining egg mixture and Parmesan cheese,

3) Using a pizza cutter, cut pastry into 1" wide strips. Twist each strip by turning the ends in opposite directions. Arrange evenly on prepared baking sheet.

4) Bake for 15 minutes or until twists are golden brown. Remove from oven; transfer twists to a wire rack. Serve warm.
