Ingredients

3/4 c sugar
1/2 c oil
3 eggs
1-1/2 c flour
1-1/2 c corn meal
3 tsp bakin powder
salt
1 c milk

Preparation

Step 1

Blend sugar, oil and eggs. Add remainder of ingredients and place in greased 9" square pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 mins. Got this recipe from Sunset Bread Cookbook and have always loved it.
