Ingredients

  • 3 cups of biscuit mix
  • 1 cup of whole wheat flour
  • 2 tbs. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 12 oz. can of beer (1 1/2 cups) of your choice

Preparation

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients. Add eggs and beer. Beat with mixer about one minute or until well blended. Turn into a well greased 9x5x3" loaf pan and spread evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until done. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool on wire rack. Makes one loaf.
