Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1 10 lb Fresh Ham
- 2 cups vinegar
- 1 1/2 t pepper
- 2 cups water
- 6 t salt
- 8 T sugar
- 1/2 t cayenne pepper
- 4 T prepared mustard
- 2 lemons, sliced thin
- 4 big onions, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup butter
- Put all ingredients in a pot and simmer on low, uncovered for 20 min. Add
- 2 cups catsup
- 8 T worcestershire sauce

Step 1
Bake fresh ham at 300@ ~ 40 min. per lb. or until meat thermometer registers well done. Strip fat from ham, slice and shred. Alternate layers of ham with the sauce.
Should be prepared a day before serving. Sauce recipe is sufficient for a 10 lb. ham
