Ingredients
- 2 cups soy sauce
- 3/4 to 1 cup sugar depending on
- sweetness desired
- 1 oz. Japanesse wine or Bourbon
- 1 Tbsp. grated ginger ( 1/2 Tbsp. if
- powdered ginger is used )
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 1 tsp. monosodium glutamate

Step 1
Mix soy sauce, wine, sugar, and msg and cook over very low heat til sugar is dissolved. Add grated ginger and garlic. Cool sauce.
Left over sauce may be bottled and refrigerated and used over and over again. Double or triple the sauce depending upon the amount of beef, chicken,pork.... you plan on using.
Marinate the meat . The longer the meat is marinated the stronger the Teriyaki flavor will be. Always brush the sauce on as you grill or broil the meat.
