Ingredients
- 2 8 oz. packages cream cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan
- Freshly Ground Pepper to Taste
- Chives to Taste

Preparation
Step 1
Melt cream cheese and milk in double boiler. Add garlic and Parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese melts and thickens sauce. Add pepper and chives. Add milk if too thick for dipping. Serve in chafing dish over hot water. Good with melba toast or raw vegetables.
