Ingredients
- 1 19-oz. can chickpeas rinsed and patted dry
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pinch pepper
- 1/2 tsp. favorite herb or spice (garam masala, oregano)

Step 1
Toss chickpeas in a bowl with olive oil and seasonings. Arrange them in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Cook350° oven stirring occasionally until they have browned and begin to crisp, about 50 minutes. Serve at room temperature. Can be stored in air tight container for up to 5 days.
Note: Not sure if this should be a 300° or 350° oven.
