- 2 TEASPOONS SUGAR
- 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
- 2 EGGS
- 3/4 CUP SOUR CREAM
- 1 TEASPOON SODA DISSOLVED IN 2 TABLESPOONS COLD WATER
- 1 1/2 CUPS SWEET MILK
- 1 TEASPOON VANILLA

Step 1
SIFT DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
BEAT EGGS UNTIL LIGHT; ADD SOUR CREAM,SODA DISSOLVED IN COLD WATER, SWEET MILK, VANILLA; BLEND.
ADD SIFTED DRY INGREDIENTS; MIX.
HEAT NO 918 PAN OVER HIGH HEAT UNTIL A SMALL PIECE OF WHITE PAPER PLACED IN BOTTOM TURNS BROWN.
REMOVE PAPER; REDUCE HEAT TO MEDIUM; POUR PANCAKES
BROWN ON ONE SIDE; TURN; BROWN ON OTHER SIDE.
