Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers ( about 24 squares)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 butter or margarine, melted
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime gelatin
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 pkgs. cream cheese softened ( one
- 3 oz.and one 8 oz.)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 16 oz. Cool Whip, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the crushed graham crackers, sugar and butter.
Set aside 2 Tbsp.of mixture for topping.
Press remaining crumbs into bottom of 13 x 9" pan.
In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Cool.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar.
Add vanilla and mix well.
Slowly add gelatin until combined.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Spoon over crust and sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
