Ingredients
- 2 lb. groung beef OR ground turkey
- 2 lb. potatoes - cut into bite sized cubes
- 2 carrots - cut into bite sized cubes
- 1 large onion - cut into bite sized cubes
- 2 cans cheddar cheese soup
- salt & pepper to taste
- water as needed

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat with the onion (if beef, drain).
Boil potatoes & carrots until just fork tender.
Drain. Add soup to browned meat & stir.
Stir in as much water as needed to produce a little "gravy".
Add in carrots & potatoes.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Stir and serve with tossed salad as a side dish.
