Ingredients

  • 4 Jonathan apples, diced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 medium bunch of grapes, cut in 1/2
  • 2 T flour
  • 2 or 3 bananas
  • 1 (15 oz) can pineapple tidbits

Preparation

Step 1

Drain pineapple and reseve 1 cup of juice. beat egg and flour together. Bring juice to a boil. Add a little of the hot juice to the egg-flour mixture until all juice is mixed in. Microwave for 30 seconds and stir. Return to microwave for 30 seconds more and stir. Keep repeating until thick. Cover with plastic wrap and cool. Mix fruit with cooled dressing. Add diced bananas before serving.
