Ingredients
- 2 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
- 1 14oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 ready made graham crust

Preparation
Step 1
Soften cream cheese in mixer.
Add sw. cd. milk, lemon juice & vanilla.
Mix with electric mixer until smooth.
Pour into crust and chill until set, about 2 hours or overnight.
If desired, top with either fresh berries or canned cherry pie filling.
Note: invert the plastic cover of the crust to use as a cover for the pie.
