Step 1

Press crust ingredients into 9" Springfoam pan

Combine cream cheese, milk, vanilla and eggs. Toss 1/2 cups and flour. Stir into mixture. Sprinkle remaining chips on top.

Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
