Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups sausage (smoked, or andouille)
- 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into small pieces
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 package frozen vegetable gumbo mix
- 1 can Cajun-style stewed tomatoes, undrained and chipped
- 1 can (14 oz) chicken broth (fat free, reduced sodium)
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 tsp hot sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage, chicken, and garlic in skillet for 3 minutes or until browned. Place in crock pot. Add frozen vegetables and next 6 ingredients and stir.
Cover and cook on high 1 hour, and low for 5 more. Stir in rice and hot sauce. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Discard bay leaves.
